Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Investigate and identify causes for process and equipment issues and implement appropriate and effective corrective action.
∎ • Provide first level support for troubleshooting kilns and associated material handling systems.
∎ • Provide education/training to production workers as needed in implementation of process changes as a function of ongoing efforts and plant work.
∎ • Provide written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization on both ongoing and plant work.
∎ • Conduct experiments in Firing (design, perform, and evaluate) to improve production performance, product quality, and kiln performance.
∎ • Support Quality Systems through the use of experiments, Change control procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, and other documentation and training tools.
∎ • Provide technical advice (within own area of knowledge and experience) and problem solutions to others.
∎ • Support off-hour / weekend operational and project requirements as needed.
∎ • Maintain Spare parts list.
∎ • Preparing & Implementing training plan for team member.
∎ • Any other jobs assigned by the Management.
