Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Textile Engineering or BBA/ MBA in Apparel Merchandising from reputed University/ Institute or Bachelor /Masters in any subject from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate should be technically sound in Garments costing & manufacturing process.
∎ Make full costing in knit Wear, negotiation and order confirmation.
∎ Has adequate knowledge about fabric knitting and dyeing, different garments wash.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular, basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Good skill in factory Sourcing.
∎ Monitor sample development and production to meet buyer requirements.
∎ Doing the consumption of fabrics/ Yarn, trims/accessories and prepare booking.
∎ Fabric handling from development to garment shipment.
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper & in time execution of production.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards and team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience to work customer like Inditex, LPP or similar reputed retailers.
∎ Buying House working experience preferable.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
∎ Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Willing to travel factory frequently (when required).
∎ Have good knowledge in English spoken and written.
∎ Dynamic, Proactive, Loyal, knowledgeable, Good personality.
