Job Context:
PM Sourcing Pvt. Ltd. is a premier, fast-growing apparel sourcing and buying house in Bangladesh. We are looking for an experienced, driven Merchandising & Marketing Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives and manage end-to-end supply chain execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network of international buyers and extensive experience managing vendor factories.
Key Responsibilities:
Buyer Acquisition: Source and onboard new international clothing brands, direct retailers, and overseas buyers to expand PM Sourcing's client portfolio.
Factory Sourcing & Matrix Management: Identify, evaluate, and select compliant, capable manufacturing vendors across Bangladesh to execute diverse product lines.
Costing & Price Negotiation: Handle precision costing sheets and fabric consumption calculations; negotiate competitive prices with both global buyers and partner factories.
Order Execution & Follow-up: Oversee the entire order cycle from initial inquiry, sample development, and lab-dip approvals to final buyer sign-off.
T&A Monitoring: Manage and strictly enforce the Time & Action (T&A) calendar across multiple vendor production facilities to avoid shipment delays.
Quality & Supply Chain Alignment: Liaise closely with PM Sourcing’s internal QA/QC, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure products meet buyer standards and ship on time.
Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and supervise senior and executive merchandisers to ensure excellent workflow execution and accurate documentation.
Market Research: Analyze global fashion trends, raw material market fluctuations, and competitor strategies to offer innovative product solutions to clients.
