Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the entire product development process from concept to launch, working with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, customer, engineering, design, marketing & sales.
∎ Product development method development for bonding process for bulk PP meeting Conducting and conducting Training and development programs for bonding technical team.
∎ Participate for the PP Meeting and new Product innovation and Bonding method innovation for complicated bonding products.
∎ Successful introduction of Cool press and eliminated the bonding Curing time and save inline Bottleneck of the production.
∎ Lead a team of product technical managers & work with them to develop & execute product road map.
∎ Define product requirements & specifications based on customer needs & inputs from other stake holders.
∎ Conduct market research, analysis & customer reviews to identify customer's needs & pain points.
∎ Analise product performance data & customer feedbacks to inform future product development decisions.
∎ Monitor employee's performance evaluations and maintain records.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Candidates having professional certificate holder will be preferable
∎ The candidate should have experience in the field of Garment/Product/bonding/molding development, Quality, Technical, technologist and Production/Operations.
∎ The candidate should have experience in a reputed Company/Industry.
