∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning and follow up of Printing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Responsible for approving the final print job, supervision of quality control for the final product, managing schedules, and managing the overall operations.
∎ Supervise printing department to ensure the production team meets the job plan and customer brief.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production.
∎ Co-ordinate the production, color matching, shade matching and color mixing with recipe system & finishing.
∎ Improve company profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities by production planning and analysis.
∎ Responsible for efficient running of Monforts, Stanter machine and resolve their technical problem during printing production.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
