Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and managing the execution of Photos / Samples activities and monitoring timely receipt to meet all deadlines
∎ Partner with Merchandising and Design and our Commercial person in different countries to ensure Development activities are on track and in line with Brand need, aesthetic, and cost targets
∎ Support execution of sourcing strategies for Fabric and accessories by meeting suppliers regularly.
∎ To work very closely with our internal and external sampling rooms, to make follow-up on each development style, and to ensure quality standards are met.
∎ To have a very good understanding of Washing (both dry and wet process)
∎ To understand and give proper washing instructions and to validate the washing after receipt of the sample.
∎ Must have good knowledge in the price quotation and product development.
∎ Must have the experience to handle buyers/ buying houses independently.
∎ Must have good skill of mail corresponding directly.
∎ Must have knowledge of Product development.
∎ Must have the experience to correspond with buyers directly.
∎ Must have an idea about all kinds of washing process of Denim.
∎ Must have experience to marketing Denim product.
∎ Must have experience to Develop Denim products.
∎ Must have good communication skills in English with the buyers and buying houses.
∎ To make costing, sourcing of trims & accessories and fabrics.
∎ Ability to check garments and technical sheet
∎ Negotiate competitive prices with all suppliers for execution and reporting to the management
∎ Work with sample sections & Design team to develop business.
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customer quality & AQL.
∎ Sourcing of fabrics & Accessories from locally & abroad.
∎ Any other task assigned by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Computer skills. (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CS, and good command in Mailing).
∎ Minimum Ten-year practical experience as a Product developer in 100% Export Oriented Woven (denim & non-denim) industry.
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command over English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Negotiation skill and Market Information.
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
