∎ B.Sc in IPE/EEE from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
production forecasting, Production Operation Management, Production planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage & supervision production process of IT products manufacturing project & Assembly.
∎ To prepare production plan along with line manager of Production.
∎ To ensure smooth execution of production according to product & manpower planning.
∎ To optimize existing production system, reduce cost, increase production efficiency.
∎ To calculate worker productivity, efficiency, determine and implement the improvements of the production process.
∎ To ensure quality of product in production & implement 5S, KAIZEN & LEAN with other production tools.
∎ Optimize the production process with 5S, KAIZEN & LEAN etc.
∎ To report (weekly & monthly) work progress to the supervisor or management
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Production & Planning.
∎ Proven work experience in production management.
∎ Applicants should have sound knowledge of Digital & IT products.
∎ Applicants must have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
