Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality assurance and control systems are implemented, maintained and improved in order to assure the quality of products, MOSTLY IN CIRCULAR KNIT WITH GOOD EXPERTISE IN PRINT EMBROIDERY as per clients' standards and requirements and to meet KPIs, consequence tools, reporting system etc. set by the company
∎ Take appropriate action to ensure that required quality standards are maintained through the process to prevent the recurrence of similar issues
∎ Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances (within acceptable limits) with regards to raw material and production quality so as to exceed customer expectations in the most effective manner
∎ Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working monitor inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment and durability testing in terms color & quality with Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tool
∎ Monitor to identify loopholes during dyeing, cutting, sewing, assembling, washing, finishing and packing stage of garment in terms of quality measurement [Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Observed quality Level (OQL). Cost of Poor Quality {COPQ)
∎ To communicate with buyer regarding any quality issues you should have a good English level and a great ability to formulate your thoughts.
∎ Plan, organize, lab tests, third parties inspections, team allocation you must be able to run optimum day-to-day operations to preset goals.
∎ High Negotiation skills to satisfy buyer and factory at the same time, you should have a very good interpersonal contact.
∎ Responsible for preparing production plan and execute accordingly with the consent of the factory management.
∎ Responsible of approval of Labdips, Strikes off, Samples, bulk fabrics lots ect ...
∎ Work with merchandiser teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Establish and enforce company policies as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety procedures for staffs.
∎ You should be truly honest and work for the best of the product without compromise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum last 05 to 10 years working experience in same field.
∎ Good experience in working under foreign management
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
∎ Evaluate performance and address development of team; document evidence; determine operational and performance qualification; drive KPIs; Manage Audit requirements; Third Party Development; Checks and Balances; validate and support updates on quality assurance procedures.
∎ Have knowledge in English as fluently in writing & Speaking.
∎ Any genders are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
