Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance & Banking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Collaborate with Top Management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
∎ Work with Departmental Head in the development of financial and budgetary plans
∎ Maintaining proper liaison with External Audit team, concerned business operation agencies, concern exporting factories, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, etc. The individual will also be held responsible for following up of Export & Import L/C and ensuring proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Admin & Finance:
∎ Maintain Books of Accounts (Manual Cash book, Ledger book and Registers).
∎ Check all Invoices and accounting document information, to identify consistency between Invoices, vouchers, accounting rules.
∎ Check and ensure invoice eligibility and quality of accounting documents.
∎ Settlement and deduction of TDS/VAT at source and timely deposit to Government's authority.
∎ Ensure compliance of financial policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare fund requisitions.
∎ Prepare financial reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
∎ Meet up the requirements or observation of internal audit.
∎ Prepare staff salary statements through checking attendance leave register.
∎ Prepare and drafting various official and management letter.
∎ Performed any other job assigned by the organization as and when required.
∎ To Supervise the Overall Functions of The HR & Admin Department.
∎ To Develop & Implement Policies, Procedures Relevant to HR Dept as Per Labor Law and Best Practices.
∎ Banking & Commercial:
∎ Knowledge regarding various types of BTB LC.
∎ Regular communications with private bank.
∎ Responsible for BTB LC related banking operations.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and office management software.
∎ Letter of Credit Advising, Transfer & Back-to-Back documents Preparing.
∎ LC Recap Maintain & Posting According to Accounting Software (ACCPAC).
∎ Accomplish all import related issues with foreign suppliers, our foreign offices, local freight forwarders, courier agencies etc.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial and Banking, Finance & Bank Operation, Fund Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments Buying House, Multinational export trading companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts and Finance, Commercial/ Export-Import, LC
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Good experience in working under foreign management
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Analytical Skills, Critical Thinking, Negotiation Skills, Problem solving and decision making, Strong communication skills, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Financial Budget, Fund Management, Internal Control Systems, payroll management, Purchase/ Procurement, VAT and Tax, Vendor & Supplier management
∎ Should be knowledgeable in all types of production costing/cost accounting.
∎ Should have competency with ERP software - (Tally) based accounting system.
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
∎ Self-motivated, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and interact with all management and staff levels.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Business Planning and Budgeting, Data Analysis, Experience in using Accounts Software, In-depth knowledge of local Income Tax and VAT laws.
