∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proven working experience in garments factory.
∎ Familiarity with industry standard and technical knowledge to conduct audit.
∎ Incumbent must have good command in English & Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC and Labor Rules.
∎ Monitor, Supervise & Control overall Compliance. Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Compliance.
∎ Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and healthy Environment.
∎ Conduct training program for own team development and for others department.
∎ Will be responsible for social, technical, quality & chemical audit as per requirement of Auditor.
∎ Responsible for the renewal of all compliance certification (SEDEX, BSCI, Oeko-Tex, Higgs, WRAP etc.) & Scope Certificate (OCS, RCS, GRS, GOTS) before expiry.
∎ Monitoring the sustainability programs such as Accord, RSC, Higg FEM, Higg FSLM, , BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, SA800 etc. on timely manner.
∎ Maintaining proper relationship with Government Organization to update/renew the legal documents of the organization..
∎ Conduct factory audits according to schedule, ensuring coverage aligned.
∎ Review 3rd party audit report and ensure accuracy and consistency.
∎ Performing root cause analysis and monitoring timely resolution on all non-conformities.
∎ Preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Management.
∎ Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get the object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection.
∎ Should be able to handle any disputes between workers, staffs or with management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
