Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on a variety of platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
∎ Identify new business opportunities through market research and develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
∎ • Present the company's digital platforms to potential clients and follow up with them to close deals.
∎ Work with team leaders to develop business improvement plans that will help the company achieve its revenue goals.
∎ Meet the company's key sales targets.
∎ Submit reports on time
∎ Build strong relationships with assigned clients. Respond to client phone calls and effectively organize appointments for new opportunities.
∎ Focus on customer satisfaction, growth, renewal, and retention through service.
∎ Monitor campaign execution/performance delivery, identify and address key challenges.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and turn them into action
∎ Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels and online sales in Bangladesh will be considered a strong asset
∎ Business acumen and proficiency in quantitative forecasting.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Strong communication skills.
