∎ Good computer literacy for maintaining records and potentially using diagnostic software (a plus).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of the gas generator system (Waukesha) used in the soap manufacturing factory.
∎ Ensure the gas generator meets production requirements by monitoring fuel consumption, exhaust emissions, and power output.
∎ Conduct routine maintenance activities on the gas generator, including cleaning, lubrication, filter replacements, and minor repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
∎ Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure the long-term health of the gas generator system.
∎ Troubleshoot operational problems with the gas generator, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly to minimize production disruptions.
∎ Participate in planned outages and overhauls of the gas generator system in collaboration with external service providers.
∎ Maintain accurate records of gas generator operations, including maintenance logs, fuel consumption data, and any operational issues encountered.
∎ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to the operation and maintenance of gas generators to prevent accidents and environmental hazards.
∎ Assist with the training of new personnel on the proper operation and safety procedures related to the gas generator system.
∎ Location: Jarun, Konabari, Gazipur.
