Job Context:
∎ Responsible for Merchandising and production Follow-up of Cutting, Swing, finishing, Knitting, Dyeing everything of knit composite factory.
∎ Responsible for Merchandising and Marketing of the factory.
∎ Follow up factory production with full dedication as a team Manager.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with Respondent Dept. for developing each and every product on schedule timeframe along with PO.
∎ Must have extra ordinary governance as a Merchandiser Manager at any remarkable Knit Composite Factory/ Buying House
∎ Should be able to follow-up a full Account.
∎ Capable to work with ERP system for fabric and accessories booking.
∎ Candidates must have good proficiency on English both reading and writing as well as computer literacy MS word, Excel ETC.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with Respondent Dept. for developing each and every product on schedule timeframe along with PO.
∎ In the product development process ensure that products meet customer`s quality and budget requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of own Merchandising squad.
∎ Capable to communicating with mail communication for new queries as well as updates and follow-up.
∎ Assist line Manager to meet the shipment timeline.
∎ Responsible for the merchandise starting from development until the shipment of the products.
∎ Capable to solve problem that may arise during development and production.
∎ Provide guidance to factory to understand and follow systems & procedures of individual buyer.
∎ Detail follow up of timeline of each order also follow up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ Monitoring overall activities of suppliers, commercial, shipping, quality checking of goods, etc. to ensure smooth production and shipment.
∎ Perform all other job assigned by Department Head.
