Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good & clear communication between customers & vendors.
∎ Proper way of handling customers.
∎ Product Developments.
∎ Costing and sampling for all Inquiries.
∎ Orders execution include preproduction, Production follow-up until shipment.
∎ Shipping documents follow up with HQ and vendors.
∎ Weekly production report for HQ and office management.
∎ Weekly shipment forecasting report for HQ and office management.
∎ Monthly shipment report for HQ and office management.
∎ Coordination with HQ, QA DEPT and vendors for all
∎ Inspections and quality issues.
∎ Production file and QC file should prepare properly and well organized as required.
∎ Report to Merchandise Manager /General Manager.
∎ In additional any responsibility assign by the office time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be well experienced in Woven item mostly different kind of Jacket, Men top& bottom. Should have good factory sourcing, need to have strong base on costing, product placing. Need to be focused on his job to follow overall order and report/update all kind of format assigned by management.
Salary:
