Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Metalizer Operator for our Flexible Unit. As a Metalizer Operator; you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, specifically in the metalizing department. Metalizing is a crucial step in creating high-quality products, such as packaging materials, reflective surfaces, and various industrial components. Your responsibilities in this role will revolve around operating and maintaining metalizing equipment to ensure efficient and consistent production.
∎ Job Location : Flexible Unit, Joydebpur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and set up metalizing machines according to job specifications, including adjusting settings such as temperature, pressure, and speed.
∎ Load raw materials, usually metalized films or coatings, into the machine and ensure the proper feeding of materials during the production process.
∎ Monitor the metalizing process to ensure that the quality of the metalized products meets industry standards and customer requirements. Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed.
∎ Conduct regular maintenance tasks on the metalizing equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot issues with the metalizing machine, making necessary adjustments or repairs to maintain production efficiency.
∎ Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. This may include wearing protective gear and following proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.
∎ Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production quantities, and any issues encountered during the metalizing process.
∎ Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers and quality control specialists, to optimize the metalizing process and resolve any production challenges.
∎ Have to take responsibility for monthly production volume quality issue of material if occurs for operational mistake.
∎ Should have knowledge on solving machine related minor technical or electrical problem.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have sound knowledge about running different type of film (PET, CPP).
∎ Should have 05 years of experience as Metalizer Operator.
∎ Should have ability to run material with 1250 width at 600 web speed.
∎ Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
∎ Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
∎ Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation.
