Responsibilities & Context
Provide first aid and basic medical care to factory employees.
Assist in handling medical emergencies and minor injuries.
Monitor medicine stock and maintain proper storage of medical supplies.
Check first aid boxes regularly and inspect workplace health and safety conditions.
Maintain medical records and patient information.
Support health awareness programs on hygiene, maternity, menstrual health, vaccination, and disease prevention.
Coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
