Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an admin officer to join our team at corporate office to perform regular administrative activities for smooth office operation.
Responsible for arranging, supervising, and maintaining all types of administrative tasks in the Corporate Head Office.
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day business operations and management.
Generate and own quarterly budget reports for the team and/or department.
Present budget reports to supervisor quarterly or on request.
Ensuring a safe, secured, clean and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Providing logistic support for day to day administrative work.
Arrange and organize refreshments for visitors and take lead in events hosted by the organization.
Communicate with the relevant regulatory authorities for updating the regulatory compliance of the organization.
Coordinate and direct work activities for admin/security staffs.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
