Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate (Major in Finance/Accounting)
∎ CA (CC) /CMA (Intern)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all banking activities in order to detect irregularities and maintain liaison with financial institutions and credit rating agencies.
∎ Provide feedback to the accounting department on how to improve on internal controls, and also pinpoint areas where risks relating to banking transactions can be minimized.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash and/or chaque deposits to the bank(s)
∎ Assist auditors - internal and external - with documentation required for the auditors to do their job satisfactorily
∎ Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment.
∎ Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1/2 years experience will be added advantage.
∎ Excellent in oral & written English Communication
∎ Good command over MS Office; minimum mid-level proficiency in MS Excel is critical
∎ Proven inter-personal skills
∎ Good team player with 'can do' attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure
