Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Information Technology.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MCSE,RHCE,CCNA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure uptime of network systems, server and storage systems and related technologies as per policy and/or KPIs set by the IT Head.
∎ Ensure appropriate software and hardware tools are in place for the smooth operations delivery from the IT support, network, DC/DR and server & storage teams.
∎ Ensure predefined uptime for business critical systems by planning maintenance works in business agreed maintenance windows & ensure uptime.
∎ Direct, plan and manage disaster recovery of all enterprise systems related to IT operations (LAN, WAN, network elements, server, storage, IT support and related technologies).
∎ Plan and execute necessary personnel development of all teams across IT operational areas, thus ensuring efficient and effective delivery from IT operational area.
∎ Manage the resolution of network accessibility issues.
∎ Direct and recommend necessary hardware upgrade and/or expansions.
∎ Responsible for planning and executing periodic DC/DR testing and drill as per company policy and compliance requirements.
∎ Responsible for planning and execution of annual DC/DR and LAN/WAN vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and other network security activities.
