∎ Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
∎ Ability to collaborate with business clients & contractors.
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office Package (Advance Excel Training will be preferable).
∎ Customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare layout in coordination with primary stakeholders and Business Heads concerned.
∎ Support and lead value engineering effort to produce cost effective designs.
∎ Prepare and check Bill of Quantities.
∎ Support and lead execution of projects including site modification, office remodeling and relocations.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of approved design, drawing & BOQ.
∎ Provide technical guidance and coordination with the work of technical resources, external design professionals & construction contractors from concept through implementation of projects.
∎ Prepare plan of project activities with cross function departments so that work can be completed in due time and work progress report through co- ordination of site activities.
∎ Assist in maintaining the updated record of all issues related to manage infrastructure distribution for further queries.
∎ Assist to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all infrastructural equipment.
∎ Work in a multitask order/multi-client environment with competing demand on time, schedule & resources.
∎ Carry out any other Infrastructure Development tasks assigned by the organization.
