Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the admission and discharge processes, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and compliant with hospital policies.
∎ Coordinate with nursing staff, administrative personnel, and medical teams to facilitate seamless patient transitions.
∎ Review admission and discharge documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
∎ Collect and compile data related to admission, discharge, and counseling activities for regular reporting to senior management.
∎ Highlight key trends, challenges, and improvements needed in these areas.
∎ Foster strong communication channels with medical consultants and technologists to ensure seamless patient care.
∎ Coordinate patient appointments, test schedules, and treatment plans as advised by medical professionals.
∎ Collaborate with the emergency response team to develop and update protocols for handling urgent admissions and discharges.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The candidate should have a practical work experience of working in hospital operations.
