Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments and meetings.
∎ Screen and handle incoming calls and emails, providing responses as necessary.
∎ Prepare and edit meeting minutes, documents, reports, and presentations.
∎ Conduct research and gather information as required.
∎ Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
∎ Assist in organizing and coordinating special projects and events.
∎ Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Make travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and itineraries for the CEO.
∎ Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the CEO's office operates smoothly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Candidate must have a strong communication skill in English.
∎ Candidate must be skilled in MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point presentations.

Salary: Negotiable
