Responsibilities & Context
Lead and manage all technical aspects of garments production.
Provide practical, hands-on guidance in sewing, stitching, and machine operations.
Address technical issues promptly to ensure smooth production flow.
Support operators with folders, attachments, and machine settings for improved efficiency.
Ensure proper installation, adjustment, and maintenance of specialized machines.
Collaborate with production, quality, and IE teams to enhance workflow and output.
Train and upskill technical staff and sewing operators when required.
Ensure compliance with production standards and technical specifications.
Work on process development & skill development.
