Job Context:
∎ Both W&L Bangladesh and SJP engaged in partnerships with the local communities, authorities, water operator and other development stakeholders through two branches one in Dhaka and the other one in Chattogram.
∎ Location: Based in Chattogram City
∎ Reporting to: Senior Branch Manager
∎ Coordination: Fee Collectors, Encoders and Plumbers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the supervision of the Sr. Branch Manager, the responsibilities of the Operations Field Coordinator shall include but not be limited to the following:
∎
∎ The coordination of Water and sanitation services.
∎ The coordination with the Community informs the community about the works and activities of SJP, solves the field community issues, and negotiates to collect the arrears.
∎ The supervision of the field staff(s) like-Fee collectors, plumbers, etc.
∎ The assistance of the Sr. Branch Manager on the Financial Management procedure.
∎ Facilitate Group meeting/Cluster assembly regarding SJP services, Discuss Rules regulations, and opportunities & limitations of the services.
∎ Prepare the weekly meeting minutes and send them to SBM, OM, and PM.
∎ Looking after Operations Field Activities:
∎ Monitoring the field activities
∎ Client Management
∎ Community Coordination
∎ Supervision of the Fee Collection
∎ Assist the Sr. Branch Manager and the Finance Officer with the Financial Management Process.
∎ Other Activities delegated by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year in a similar position at an NGO
∎ Skills:
∎ The applicant must demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
∎ Strong social concern, patient and diplomatic approach.
∎ Understanding of social and community issues or concerns
∎ Skilled at necessary administration work (planning, finance and reporting)
∎ Can work independently and pro-active
