Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's Degree in any Science subject with good scoring 80% or more in SSC and HSC.
∎ Computer friendly with experience in Word, Excel, Data Base or Accounting Program.
∎ Typing Speed of 30+ words per minute required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Computer skill, HR payroll
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, supervise and oversee attendance of factory workers.
∎ Generate salary sheet, Pay Slip, etc. From payroll software.
∎ Maintain accurate records of Personal file.
∎ Prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefit, earn leave encashment bill, festival bonus bill etc)
∎ Do other tasks as & when required by Management and Labour Laws.
∎ Prepare various types of report for management and buyers.
∎ Assist in Disbursement of salary in cash to workers & staff if and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a very good interpersonal skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following work area- data processing or accounting using computer programs.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎

∎ Salary Review: KPI based; yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: Twice yearly
