Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile from Southeast University (Mostly Preferred), Daffodil University ( (Mostly Preferred), Prime Asia University.
∎ Without B.Sc. degree No need to Apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply the cutting procedures and standards stated in the cutting agreement
∎ Strongly follow up Print & Embroidery section.
∎ Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of Cutting production,
∎ Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material.
∎ Monitor all the cutting and preparation phases necessary to produce garments in the allotted time
∎ Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ Should Have Vast Knowledge about Line Loading Plan.
∎ Review and analyze actual production against plan and inform relevant personal about significant deviations in order to ensure corrective action is taken immediately to achieve delivery targets
∎ Ensure capacity analysis.
∎ Ensure on time size set sample.
∎ Work on product Analysis (Sample Analysis-Plan vs Actual) as per approved calendar
∎ Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports
∎ Make weekly & monthly fabric requirement as per shipment schedule.
∎ Arrange yarn booking & follow up to in-house yarn.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandising & dyeing dept. for Lab dip & bulk hanger approval to start fabric production on time.
∎ Make TNA to start fabric production (y/d, knitting, dyeing & AOP) as per cutting plan.
∎ Make batch plan to dyeing the required fabrics as per schedule.
∎ Make fabric delivery plan as per cutting plan.
∎ Co-ordinate with quality & merchandiser to deliver shade variation fabrics.
∎ Check & confirm all additional & excess fabrics requirement.
∎ Co-ordinate with cutting dept. to make sue cutting closing as per delivered fabric order.
∎ Attend all production meeting.
∎ Make proper balance status to make sure on time fabric delivery to cutting.
∎ Make order closing status for every order.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
