Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree in MIS/CSE from a reputed university with English medium educational background will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct extensive research and provide detailed and verifiable product and market assessments.
∎ Collects and analyzes data regarding potential target markets and reports that data to Customer Success Manager.
∎ Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
∎ Design, specify and execute business test scenarios.
∎ Be the dedicated contact pre and post sales. Working closely with all departments to ensure alignment for successful deployments from pilots to post pilot.
∎ Proactively build relationships with our clients to understand their pain points.
∎ Excited about finding creative solutions to address their business challenges.
∎ Creative thinker who stays on top of the latest technology and business trends.
∎ You have a preference for simple user interfaces and think high fidelity prototypes make the best product specifications
∎ Work with the sales owner to ensure successful renewals and upsells.
∎ Be the voice of the customer internally to product, engineering and sales teams.
∎ Work collaboratively with the marketing team to build customer references and case studies.
∎ Be a constant "rock lifter". Always looking for areas to optimize.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Innovative, passionate, self-propelled, customer-focused, and results-driven leader with a "can do" attitude.
∎ Tech-savvy with Mac, iOS, and Android.
∎ Knowing when to problem solve, either independently or by asking smart questions of your teammates.
∎ Outstanding written and oral communication skills - you'll often be writing materials that will go directly to our clients.
∎ Detail oriented and the ability to document and track tasks.
∎ Excitement about working with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently.
∎ Bonus points if you've prior experience in a relevant position in the software industry.
