∎ BBA/BSc and/or MBA/MS major in Marketing/ Finance/ Computer Science/ Telecom Engineering from any UGC approved university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a product strategy and roadmap for Toffee Mobile platforms (Android and iOS) based on user research, market pulse, innovation, and factors changing user behavior to meet short and long-term product goals and analyze user reviews on available platforms/touchpoints to find out right insights
∎ Plan and deliver specific product roadmap for Toffee Web & TV Platforms and develop timeline in alignment with the technical service provider to deliver specific components
∎ Execute plan by breaking down the roadmap into various sprints and assign respective tasks and deadline to the technical service provider
∎ Investigate anomalies in product performance, work in cross-functional groups to resolve issues, and work as a bridge between the business and technical team to ensure flawless and effective user journeys for product features
∎ Design strategy to attain product goals by working with the UI/UX design team/agency and lead the design team for simplified UI/UX to enable and facilitate content creators
∎ Lead and work to execute product plans, monitor, and highlight the need for product expansion and formulate necessary plans and cross-functional teams for execution of Toffee web and TV platforms
∎ Coordinate with telco product teams to design and launch specific product bundles in line with user demands and engage commercial teams, legal/CORA/Compliance team, finance team to develop and launch innovative features to solve specific customer problems
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 years working experience with product management with proven track record of at least 2-3 years in digital product lifecycle management
∎ Sound understanding of the OTT industry, digital market landscape and environment
∎ Track record of working cross-functionally and influencing senior leadership across groups
∎ Sound knowledge in video contents and content management functions
∎ Sound knowledge to evaluate opportunities and progress towards goals without getting bogged down by complexity or ambiguity
∎ Sound knowledge of interactive UX/UI design and methodologies related to Web & TV platforms (Android and iOS)
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of product release management processes on both Android and iOS platforms
∎ Ability to be innovative, with excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of product performance metrics and ability to see the need for change when required
