Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Oversee, manage, and drive the organizations product/technology knowledge levels utilizing industry-leading methodology and techniques to design, measure, and assess performance.
∎ 2) Efficient in preparation & confident in delivering power point presentation.
∎ 3) Institutional training s Trainer will get preference.
∎ 4) Develop & execute a channel-specific Retail Training Strategy aligned with the Consumer Electronics business' overall strategy across all applicable sales and marketing stakeholders.
∎ 5) Responsible for the development, distribution, and consumption of crisp and compelling training materials & messaging across multiple mediums and for multiple audiences using proven instructional design principles that facilitate an effective transfer of knowledge to the identified audience.
∎ 6) Must Have effective communication.
∎ 7) Develop metrics, assess, measure, and track performance for execution and effectiveness of all training materials produced.
∎ 8) Coordinate with Corporate, Regional & Branch Offices and Technical Specialists to develop effective field product demonstrations with clear execution instructions.
∎ 9) Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short and long-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverable dates while meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple priorities.
∎ 10) Proficient with the major e-learning authoring environments.
∎ Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
∎ 11) Making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
∎ 12) Knowledge on organizational behaviour will be an added qualification.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have done Direct sales and have 2-5 years of Master Trainer Experience with reputed organization.
∎ Must have experience of HARD CORE SALES TRAINING and Sales Coaching.
∎ Have some exposure in Induction training in corporate office.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
