Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science and Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent area.
∎ It doesn't matter where you went to college/university or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to brainstorm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse production, Identification, and solve problems.
∎ Continuous improvement with the team performance and training.
∎ Implement and control the production capacity and demand schedule.
∎ Determine the human resources required.
∎ Prepare and maintain production reports.
∎ Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between the Production team & Management.
∎ Proven strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high performing team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in three different shifting time (Roaster Duty)
∎ Basic knowledge of EXCEL/Google Sheet functionality.
∎ Proficient in English communication.
∎ IT background is a BIG plus point
∎ Highly self-motivated & Quick learner.
∎ Able to clearly communicate issues and areas for improvement to management and direct reports in a timely and easy to understand manner.
∎ Able to share and implement best practices.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
