Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge of production and planning.
∎ Have sound knowledge in problem-solving or troubleshooting for smooth production.
∎ Need to achieve day-to-day target production as per the given plan.
∎ Report Plant head for all sorts of technical issues which are related to production.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, and flow, and take corrective measures.
∎ Evaluate the performance of employees and submit recommendations to the plant head.
∎ Coordinate with various dept. & ensure smooth operation of Section.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly / monthly reports of production & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.
∎ Report Plant Head for all sorts of technical issues related to Machine.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ As per Qualification

Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
Very good knowledge in MS Office, Email & Internet use.
