∎ R&G (BD) Garment CO., Ltd. a 100% export- oriented Chinese Garments Industry in Bangladesh is looking for ambitions, enthusiastic, individuals to join it's team.
∎ We are looking for a Technician (Sample, Production, Finishing).
∎ Organize, perform, and lead assigned departments to ensure all required processes, procedures, and production requirements are met.
∎ The position will take on several roles based on field production practices, plant processing requirements, and distribution needs.
∎ Manage field operations, seed receiving, and conditioning equipment operations to ensure that all seed is properly handled and conditioned so the highest quality seed will be packaged to meet sale demands.
∎ The Production Technician is a crucial piece of the business at the Company.
∎ Our Technicians ensure the equipment is running correctly, the product is being produced at quality, and items are sent out on time to our customers.
∎ As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the entire production process overall by operating a set of integrated systems.
∎ These systems carry out major sets of reactions that lead to the development of products.
∎ The Technician assists the Team Coordinator and supports and coordinates production team performance to a quality standard, schedule, and efficiency, and facilitates the achievement of team goals.
