Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all finishing accessories are in housed on time
∎ Responsible for finishing, ironing of garments.
∎ Monitor and follow up packing condition and confirm the packing list for all buyers to
∎ ship the garments on time as per inspection schedule
∎ Responsible for arranging an inspection with buying QC before completion of finished
∎ order quantity
∎ Assist Finishing Head to control and monitor costs and other overheads of the finishing
∎ Department within the budgeted limit.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and their career
∎ development plans
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site
∎ Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ 08-12 years of relevant working experience.
∎ Must have experience of working on Denim bottom, preferably with European buyers.
∎ Appropriate knowledge and skills on garments finishing jobs
∎ Relevant knowledge and skills in garments manufacturing
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Computer literacy (Oracle/ERP environment)
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
