Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor/ Masters from any reputed University or Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, production management (Cutting), Textile Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Caps manufacturing with full responsibility is preferred
∎ To lead and manage the entire Productions, Procurement, Quality and related teams in the factories who are responsible for its further developments and the communications.
∎ To manage the activities and career developments of departmental staffs in the Factories.
∎ To handle all production from Cutting to Packing for the products and strategies to support end-to-end process.
∎ Product Strategy and Crisis Management
∎ Capable to handle production staffs
∎ Execute production initiatives that support the business strategy.
∎ Propose and deploy new ideas and programs to support continuous improvement and generate cost saving mechanisms.
∎ Establishing key performance indicator tracking methodology and develop corresponding management reports (production cycle calendar, on time shipments, quality metrics, and above all the rating status of Dada (Dhaka) Ltd to its valued Buyers.
∎ Managing the seasonal pipeline ensuring all teams meet required deliverables to optimize on time delivery, fixing the cost of manufacturing, and quality product execution.
∎ Working with Merchandising/Technical/Pattern Design teams to ensure accurate data integrity throughout the product cycle process.
∎ Formal training
∎ Convey positive and realistic expectations to one's subordinates and superiors
∎ Be innovative in arriving at new and untried solutions to problems
∎ Be aware of the impact and implications of decisions on other aspects of business
∎ Self-initiate and self-motivate etc. to face any demanding situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 Years+ expriences as a Production Manager in large scale Caps manufacturing factories
∎ Advanced knowledge of Production:
∎ Manufacturing and product engineering, trade regulations, testing protocol, product integrity, production cycle timeline, calendar management, fabric construction, and manufacturing /garment construction
∎ Computer skills: ERP experience will be a plus point
∎ Vast knowledge in Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
∎ Understanding of cross-functional dependencies within a multi branded apparel business.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Medical allowances and Festival Bonus 100% equivalent gross salary twice in a year.
