∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure work is started on-time in sewing floor.
∎ Ensure all required Man, Machine and materials are ready for smooth functioning of sewing department.
∎ Ensure all per-production activities for upcoming next styles are completed including size set approval well in advance.
∎ Verify and confirm with respective departments for all required machines, attachments and production trims are ready 3 days before style changeover.
∎ Ensure proper line balancing is done during first 30 minutes in sync with industrial engineers.
∎ Implement and maintain the manpower allocation of a style as per the layout provided in sync with industrial engineers.
∎ Ensure special machines are utilized efficiently as per operation bulletin.
∎ Maintain discipline and control absenteeism of manpower in sewing floor.
∎ Follow-up and ensure deliveries are met as per Line plan provided.
∎ Maintain Quality as per the buyer requirement in sync with quality department.
∎ Ensure cut to ship loss is with-in 1%.
∎ Motivate and train production staff as required for improving their performance.
∎ Monitor and balance production on an hourly basis and make necessary action plan for improving the productivity in sync with industrial engineer.
∎ Ensure all lines are performing at optimum efficiency as per the style operation bulletin targets.
∎ Provide support to finishing department on a daily basis to help them achieve their daily targets without any deviation.
∎ Ensure and maintain company's rules and regulation are followed in all departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments.
∎ Experience in shirt project is mandatory.
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/ machinery.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
