Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a Digital transformation blueprint for our core digital products and services for B2C customers and drive and lead in developing futuristic digital products & solutions for B2B customers with the support of relevant stakeholders
∎ Provide your support in designing, driving, and executing agreed initiatives as part of Digital Operator ambition and collaborate with partners, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth project executions
∎ Develop a digital transformation blueprint for Technology and IT to ensure robust and future-fit systems, solutions, and Infrastructure is in place
∎ Lead cross-functional team to understand and implement required process simplification and optimization steps by exploring new ideas, ensuring control, accountability, and governance mechanism through applicable matrix/measurement tools
∎ Lead Process team to optimize and/or reengineer processes to maximize operational efficiency and control areas for new and current processes by guiding stakeholder(s) through process improvement areas.
∎ Manage the coordination between different Technology and Audit team to ensure deliverables of audit requirements to Auditor in order to comply and mitigate different audit issues stated in the "audit report" and "audit impact table"
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience.
∎ Outstanding knowledge on Project Management
∎ Concrete knowledge on Risk management
∎ Detailed knowledge on budget and business operations
∎ Through know-how on Process management & operational efficiency
∎ Through knowledge on Company Policies, Procedures and Compliance
∎ Thorough knowledge of different Operational Risk and Control areas
∎ Through understanding on preparing business cases and analysis on Return on Investment and NPV
