Job Responsibilities:
∎ Materials received as per MRF & PO due to ensure quantity and quality.
∎ Update store Ledger, register book, filling and send to Head office.
∎ Confirm safety and security about all kinds of materials (Fixed Asset).
∎ Monthly material stock report to Head office.
∎ Maintain petty cash
∎ Proper utilize fixed assets and control minimum wastage.
∎ Handed over project closing report submit.
∎ Material accountability and transparency through various registers.
∎ Visit whole project randomly to minimize wastage and ensure maximum usage of materials.
∎ Ensure cleaning of Project site.
∎ Receive materials for optional or modification work provided by clients and maintain its accountability.
∎ Submit "Surplus Materials" list and liaison with supply chain and inventory department.
∎ Prepare monthly Scrap Sale Report.
∎ Ensure fixed asset code numbering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skill.
Salary: Negotiable
