Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for coordination of the different projects which includes site supervision, planning, managing, coordinating, evaluating, controlling & completing the project of Pre-Fabricated Structures timely by assuring ASML’s standard guide-line & quality.
∎ To follow up and checking the accuracy of Erection & Installation works of Steel Buildings as per drawings & relevant Engineering Standards.
∎ To be able to prepare analytical and periodical reports on progress and development of various on-going & up-coming construction works at the project site and to maintain close liaison with our different project’s consultants independently.
∎ Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision of site labor force & monitoring certified Builders workmanship and confirming design specifications and safety. To guide the Builder/Erector for Steel building erection procedural direction till Project handover.
∎ To take corrective measures of construction activities. Resolving any unexpected difficulties and other issues that may arise from time to time.
∎ Provide logistical support and ensure efficient delivery for progress of erection at various sites including checking of all detailed erection drawings, shipping documents & invoice, handling, transportation, delivery to construction site & unloading materials as per bill of materials & packing list
∎ To work closely with Design, Supply Chain, Factory and Sub-Contractors.
∎ Tracking payment progress and ensure financial clearance for building fabrication and follow up to shipment complete.
∎ Brilliant knowledge in project management including construction materials, drafting, billing and labor handling & in modern construction equipment.
∎ Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ 3-5 years in Project management experience in Erection & Installation of Pre Engineered Steel Structures practically & various structures of industrial sectors.
∎ Ability to review and understand construction drawings and specifications. Good sense of architecture, through understanding of civil & electro-mechanical issues.
∎ Have sound knowledge and practical experience in MS Office, MS Project & Auto CAD.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill (both verbal & written)
∎ Take proactive approach to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
∎ Must be affluent in negotiation, and independent situation handling.
∎ Coordinate project activities maintaining liaison with government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
∎ Must be capable of handling multiple projects and has to make Routine visits to all construction sites as and when required
∎ Must be energetic & capable to handle pressure.
∎ To work as the anchorman / focal point of erection
∎ ‘Can Do’ attitude / spirit.
∎ Ready to work anywhere.
