Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Public health
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sh/e will ensure the effective implementation of the project in line with the approved project proposal and budget;
∎ Sh/e will supervise the subordinate field staff to perform their duties and responsibilities;
∎ Sh/e will maintain linkage with Tea garden management, Govt. and Non-Govt. service providers on Public Health issues;
∎ Sh/e will have to conduct study/survey as per need of the project and prepare report for the donor and organization.
∎ Sh/e will be mentally ready to work with Tea Garden labours and ethnic communities.
∎ Sh/e will Prepare monthly fund requisition, progress report, case story, and other necessary documents as required by the project.
∎ Sh/e will organize day to day field activities according to the project action/operation plan;
∎ Perform any other responsibilities as guided by the supervisor.
∎ Rapport building with the communities and strongly mobilize the project participants and stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on Public health project or relevant project area
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla;
∎ Skills in communicating with English speaking foreign doctors
∎ Skills in writing reports and assessment in standard English.
∎ Requires knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application;
∎ Knowledge of Project Management, coordination, leadership, community engagement, and rights-based approach;
∎ Capacity to manage project team
∎ Willing to stay field office area.
∎ Diverse knowledge about Public Health management;
∎ Experience on Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation process
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
