Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Any Discipline from government recognized institute/ university (preferably humanitarian background).
∎ No 3rd Division/Class or equivalent marks in any examination are admissible.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Rigorous Field Visit to the intervention areas (Khulna & Dhaka) to understand the current scenario and planning.
∎ Carry out a capacity gap and needs assessment as per work plan.
∎ Planning Advocacy and other activities as per the approved work plan.
∎ Arrange and facilitate training sessions as per the work plan.
∎ Forming Committees and platforms as per the plan.
∎ Mapping of projects working with key beneficiaries and stakeholders.
∎ Monthly, quarterly half-yearly, and annual reporting.
∎ Any other task the project and the organization ask for.
∎ Job Nature: Full-time (Contractual)
∎ Job Location: Khulna & Dhaka City Corporation
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of working experience In the NGO sector. Preferably experienced in TB prevention.
∎ Demonstrate experience in project design, implementation, and monitoring with strong project & team management skills.
∎ Experience in preparing training curriculum/module development in the NGO sector.
∎ Experience in SWOT Analysis & Training Need Assessment.
∎ Experience in preparation and conduction of Outreach Education Sessions.
∎ Experience in Advocacy related activities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): NGO.
∎ Proactive and good team player.
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
∎ Website analysis, Content creation, and Social Media management.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills and command of English - both spoken and written.
∎ Knowledge & understanding in networking and liaison with donors, counterparts, GOB officials, and public representatives and be able to coordinate with appropriate stakeholders.
∎ Willing to travel extensively within the project areas and beyond.
∎ Adaptive capacity in different environments and work under pressure.
∎ Physical and mental capability to work at project areas and beyond.
∎ Person having Personal Motorbike with valid driving license will be given privilege.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40515 (Monthly)
∎ USD 370 @ BDT 40,515 per month. It be noted here that, individual income tax will be deducted as per govt. law of Bangladesh.
