∎ M.Sc. or B. Sc. in Electrical /Electronic Engineering /Computer Science & Engineering /Communications /Telecommunication Engineering from any UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead projects by applying creative thinking, technical and project management skills and develop plans, schedules and control project activities
∎ Design roadmap for upcoming feature development, resource requirements, timelines, and issues to prevent risks to the overall Toffee service development plan.
∎ Execute, manage, and control the quality of projects to deliver on schedule within budget and positively contribute to the overall PMO portfolio of Toffee projects while maintaining the awareness of the current industry environment and technology
∎ Proactively maintain Toffee Platform development requirements and KPIs as per guidelines and identify issues in the KPIs to come up with solutions
∎ Generate daily /weekly/monthly performance reporting, manage and deliver Toffee projects through Agile software development principles, patterns, and practices
∎ Develop documents and reports to give an overall picture of the health of the Toffee application development project and maintain relationships with all parties involved in the project to ensure the appropriate participation of key stakeholders and executives
∎ Develop plans for mitigating risks to the development timeline and the specific efforts to improve the Toffee service
∎ Manage the overall development and engineering workload with assignments, estimations, and delivery schedules for the Toffee Service
∎ Maintain awareness of the current industry environment and technology that shapes opportunities for OTT solutions
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of relevant experience
∎ At least 8-10 years of experience in telecommunication or software development field
∎ At least 5-7 years of experience in a Project Manager role dealing with Agile and Mobile Development
∎ Clear experience with Agile, Scrum, Sprint planning & management
∎ Experience with Media and OTT - would be key advantage
∎ Programming background - would be key advantage
∎ Strong English-speaking ability
∎ Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Practitest and other Project Management Tools
