∎ Master's in Social Science or any other discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Looking for "Project Manager" under Sustainable Enterprise Project (SEP).
∎ Project Duration: 3 Years
∎ Service Pattern: Project Based.
∎ Project Area: Banshkhali Upazila, Chattogram and Chakoria Upazila, Cox,s Bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication and liaison with PKSF, concerned stakeholders and management of PMUK
∎ Planning, designing and ensuring implementation of the SEP Project
∎ Strengthening capacity of the staff and micro-enterprises in the project areas through organizing different basic and issue based training/orientation/quarterly meeting etc.
∎ Oversee both the strengthening access finance for environment friendly and resilient micro-enterprises and enhancing services and enabling systems
∎ Ensure implementation of revenue and non-revenue generating activities in the project areas
∎ Supervising activities of the project staff and providing technical guidance to the respective staff and Micro-enterprises
∎ Ensure all procurement through appropriate channel following the procurement plan
∎ Conduction of result based monitoring and evaluation of the project following the logical framework
∎ Prepare reports and submit it to PKSF as per requirements
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the organization or the Project Management.
∎ Regular field visit
∎ Monitoring micro-enterprises and clusters.
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant working experiences.
∎ Proven knowledge program/projects designing, planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experiences in managing health, environment & enterprise development programs/projects.
∎ Experiences in conduction of advocacy & training on health, environment.
∎ Excellent computer knowledge (Microsoft office, Excel, power point etc).
Salary:
∎ 42,800 (BDT) and festival bonus as per project budget.
