Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters with experience on Agriculture and Livelihood project;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ She/e will ensure the effective implementation of the project in line with approved proposal and budget;
∎ Sh/e will supervise the subordinate field staff to perfor their duties and responsibilities;
∎ Sh/e will maintain linkage with Govt. and Non-Govt. service providers on Agriculture and Livelihood issues;
∎ Sh/e will Prepare monthly fund requisition, progress report, case story, and other necessary documents as required by the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla;
∎ Requires knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application;
∎ Knowledge of Project Management, coordination, leadership, community engagement and rights based approach.
Salary: Negotiable
