Educational Requirements:
∎ a. Masters in any discipline (MPH preferred) with 3-5 years’ experience on public health related projects;
∎ Training/Trade Course: Project Management,Quality reoport writing,Leadership
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ a. S/he will ensure the effective implementation of the project in line with the approved project proposal and budget;
∎ b. S/he will supervise the subordinate field staff to perform their duties and responsibilities.
∎ c. S/he will maintain linkage with Tea Garden management, Govt. and Non-Govt. service providers on Public Health issues.
∎ d. S/he will have to conduct study/survey as per need of the project and prepare report for the donor and organization.
∎ e. S/he will look after the safety and security of the foreign doctors at field level.
∎ f. S/he will be mentally ready to work with Tea Garden labors and ethnic communities.
∎ g. S/he will prepare monthly fund requisition, progress report, case story, and other necessary documents as required by the project.
∎ h. S/he will organize day to day field activities according to the project action/operation plan.
∎ i. Perform any other responsibilities as guided by the supervisor.
∎ j. Rapport building with the communities and strongly mobilize the project participants and stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ b. Good command both in English & Bangla;
∎ c. Skills in writing reports and assessment in standard English.
∎ d. Requires knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application;
∎ e. Knowledge of Project Management, coordination, leadership, community engagement, and rights-based approach;
∎ f. Capacity to manage project team
∎ g. Diverse knowledge about Public Health management;
∎ h. Experience on Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation process.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 38000 (Monthly)
