Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health, and Safety are being complied
∎ Ensure that all goods are received according to the specification and quantities based on the P.O. and confirm the corresponding approval from the area that requested the goods.
∎ Confirm that all goods have been received on JDE from the respective areas that need to receive it.
∎ Prepare the daily receiving report and send it to the responsible areas for all the goods received.
∎ Prepare all documentation such as invoices packing list and challan and delivery to finance for payment.
∎ Confirm the receiving of the goods to approve the payment for the Bill of Exchanges.
∎ Update the report for the goods in contractor and conciliate at the end of the month for inventory purposes.
∎ Generate cycle counts and entry the information taken from the monthly inventory to adjust the inventory in JDE.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by the immediate supervisor.

∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
