∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, CRM Software, govt. Sales tender, implementation engineer, Industrial & Production Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Meeting planned sales goals.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation including SEO and digital marketing tools
∎ The ongoing training of your salespeople.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
∎ Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
∎ Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them
∎ Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
∎ Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Additional Requirements:

∎ Experience setting sales goals
∎ Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
∎ Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Fixed Salary with sales Performance bonus.
