Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients in the real estate industry, including developers, investors, property management firms, and other key stakeholders.
∎ Identify and target potential clients, conduct market research, and develop sales strategies to maximize business opportunities specifically related to interior sales for apartments and commercial properties.
∎ Present and promote company's interior solutions to clients, including design concepts, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, ensuring alignment with their aesthetic and functional requirements.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, such as designers, project managers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of interior sales initiatives and timely delivery of services to clients.
∎ Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to understand their interior needs, address concerns, and provide customized solutions that align with their budget and timeline.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
∎ Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking functions related to interior design and real estate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Sales Executive in the real estate industry, with a specific focus on interior sales for apartments and commercial properties.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, regulations, and interior design concepts.
∎ Strong sales acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the interior sales segment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of an organization.
∎ Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events related to interior design and real estate.
