Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in making air ticket reservations using GDS.
∎ Must be an expert in using Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre.
∎ Must have expert knowledge of domestic and international, online, and group bookings.
∎ Must have fast and efficient communication skills with Clients and their queries.
∎ Must be able to make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
∎ Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
∎ Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
∎ Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
∎ Respond to customer queries quickly for Fare search, Fare quote, Booking, Issuing, Re-issue, Cancellation, Void, Refunds, and EMD.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, accounts, and others accordingly.
∎ Must follow the airline's terms and conditions and ADM policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience at any reputed Travel Agency
Salary: Negotiable
