Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide exceptional customer assistance and guidance in selecting motorbikes.
∎ Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
∎ Actively promote sales and achieve monthly targets.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and ensure safety during test rides.
∎ Assist in inventory management and showroom maintenance.
∎ Build strong customer relationships and address inquiries promptly.
∎ Complete sales transactions accurately and comply with company policies.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall showroom goals.
∎ Assist in organizing promotional events or sales campaigns.
∎ Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor.
∎ Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
