Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Training
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person who will work in this position is mainly responsible for all kinds of training required for the sales department of RCPL.
∎ The candidate will travel different parts of the country to train sales team.
∎ The candidate should be able to prepare training modules.
∎ Prepare question paper for written examination after training evaluation process.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates who have proven long career in sales profession will be preferable.
∎ Experience in reputed FMCG industry.
∎ Candidates should have positive mentality to travel throughout the country.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills as a facilitator of training.
∎ Excellent in typing both Bangla & English, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
∎ Good but Negotiable
